Sit quietly, close your eyes, count down from 3, tune inward, and ask these 3 questions (write down your answers if you want to):
What kind of life would I have if my energy was balanced? Hint: Make a list of what gives you energy and what drains your energy.
What would I do with my life if I felt that I was not separate?
What would I do with my life if compassion was my superpower?
Don’t panic if nothing comes right away. The body CANNOT rush. See what filters in over the next few days while your mind is busy doing something else.
